Suspect In Custody After Tuscaloosa Pursuit Ends In Crash
A suspect is in custody after prompting a pursuit in a stolen vehicle in Tuscaloosa Tuesday.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — A suspect is in custody after prompting a high-speed pursuit in a stolen vehicle in Tuscaloosa Tuesday.

The Tuscaloosa Police Department (TPD) confirmed to Patch that the pursuit started at approximately 11:15 a.m. on McFarland Boulevard before the vehicle crashed at the intersection of Prince Avenue and Hargrove Road.

TPD spokeswoman Stephanie Taylor said the suspect was not injured in the crash.
The identity of the suspect has not been released at this time.
