TCSS To Destroy Records For Students With Special Needs Born In 1999
TCSS is making the public aware that its Special Education Department will be destroying records of students who were born in 1999.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Tuscaloosa County Board of Education is making the public aware that its Special Education Department will be destroying records of students who were born in 1999.

The records are being destroyed in compliance with federal law because they have been maintained for the maximum amount of years.

TCSS says the records will be destroyed June 10.
The county school system also said records may be obtained by contacting Kim McGhee at (205) 342-2775 no later than June 5.
