Captain Marty Sellers of the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit told local media on Saturday that Tuscaloosa Police officers responded at 7:20 p.m. to the initial call of the shooting in the 3200 block of Hope Boulevard.

Sellers said a teen had been shot multiple times and was transported to DCH Regional Medical Center. He then said the teen was in stable condition.
No other details were released and the investigation remains ongoing.
