Tornado Warning For Southern Tuscaloosa County Until 5:45 P.M.
This warning includes a large part of the most population section of Tuscaloosa County.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The National Weather Service Forecast Office in Birmingham has issued a Tornado Warning for a portion of southern Tuscaloosa County until 5:45 p.m. Thursday.

This primarily includes the Moundville area in neighboring Hale County, but meteorologists are cautioning residents of the City of Tuscaloosa, the University of Alabama campus and Northport to have their severe weather plans in place as the path of the storm is expected to pass over the aforementioned areas.

Those in the direct path of this storm are asked to seek shelter immediately.
