Tornado Watch Issued For Tuscaloosa County Until 10 P.M.
The National Weather Service forecast office in Birmingham has issued a tornado watch for Tuscaloosa County until 10 p.m.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The National Weather Service forecast office in Birmingham has issued a tornado watch for Tuscaloosa County and much of the Tuscaloosa Patch coverage area in west Alabama until 10 p.m. Thursday.

The Tornado Watch encompasses 12 counties, including Autauga, Bibb, Chilton, Coosa, Dallas, Elmore, Jefferson, Lowndes, Montgomery, Perry, Shelby and Tuscaloosa.

The NWS says cities affected by this watch include Alabaster, Birmingham, Brent, Centreville, Clanton, Columbiana, Fort Deposit, Hoover, Lowndesboro, Marion, Millbrook, Montgomery, Northport, Pelham, Prattville, Rockford, Selma, Tuscaloosa, the University of Alabama, Uniontown and Wetumpka.
