Tuscaloosa District 7 Litter Cleanup Set For Saturday
Tuscaloosa City Councilor Cassius Lanier announced on Wednesday that he will host a District 7 litter cleanup day on Saturday, Feb. 22.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Tuscaloosa City Councilor Cassius Lanier announced on Wednesday that he will host a District 7 litter cleanup day on Saturday, Feb. 22.

The community event will begin at 9 a.m. and last until 11 a.m.

The event is open to the public and anyone wishing to join the cleanup efforts should meet at 9 a.m. at the Skyland Elementary School parking lot, located at 408 Skyland Boulevard East.
The city says volunteer participants will receive litter bags, grabbers and safety vests upon check-in.
