Tuscaloosa Heritage Festival Set For April 6
The 8th annual Tuscaloosa Heritage Festival is set for Sunday, April 6 at the Tuscaloosa River Market.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The 8th annual Tuscaloosa Heritage Festival is set for Sunday, April 6 at the Tuscaloosa River Market.

Hosted by the West Alabama Multicultural Alliance, Inc., in partnership with Tuscaloosa Sister Cities International and the Tuscaloosa Civil Rights Foundation, WAMA Fest will be held from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m.

The cultural celebration will feature live music, dance and various cuisines from different cultures, along with a cultural fashion show.
The event is free to the public and will highlight the heritage of African American, Latino/Hispanic, and Native American communities, alongside the unique cultures of our three Tuscaloosa Sister Cities; Narashino, Japan; Schorndorf, Germany; and Sunyani-Techiman, Ghana.
