TUSCALOOSA, AL — The City of Tuscaloosa will host its annual foreclosure and surplus property sale at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12, in the Council Chambers at City Hall.

The city will auction a range of properties to the highest bidders during the event, with successful bidders receiving either foreclosure deeds or quit claim deeds, granting ownership rights to the acquired properties.

City officials noted that an additional advertisement fee of $144.66 will be added to the total cost for each foreclosure property, and buyers should consider this when placing bids.
