Tuscaloosa Municipal Election Candidate Forum Set For Feb. 20

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The League of Women Voters of Greater Tuscaloosa (LWVGT) is gearing up to host an in-person forum featuring candidates running in the upcoming Tuscaloosa municipal elections for mayor, City Council and school board.

The event will be held on on Thursday, Feb. 20, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of Grace Presbyterian Church on Hargrove Road.

The nonpartisan group says all candidates have been invited to participate and address issues of general interest to residents.

The forum will be recorded and will later be availabe on LWVGT’s YouTube channel, Facebook page, and website.
