Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center To Participate In National Prescription Drug Take Back Day
The Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center will once again take part in the National Prescription Drug Take Back Day this Saturday

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center will once again take part in the National Prescription Drug Take Back Day this Saturday, offering a safe way for residents to dispose of unused or expired medications.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 25, veterans and members of the public can drop off prescription drugs at the blue collection box located just inside the entrance of Building 135 on the VA campus.

The event, coordinated nationally by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, aims to prevent drug misuse and ensure medications are disposed of safely and responsibly.
Participation is free and anonymous.
