CBRE says the property is being offered for multiple commercial uses, including redevelopment, restaurant and retail.
The firm also said the location benefits from a strong demographic profile of families and college students, with the average household income within a one-mile radius being $105,920.
"We are excited to bring this great opportunity to the market for sale or lease,” Parker said. "Cypress Inn spent decades as one of the most popular restaurants in the Tuscaloosa community. We are looking forward to finding the perfect operator, developer, or buyer to revitalize this unique waterfront property. Given that the Sports Illustrated Resort is landing adjacent to the property and the new Tiger Wood’s PopStroke is right down the road, we are excited to add to growth of the area and bring new life to the Cypress Inn property."
