United Way Of West Alabama Kicking Off 2024 Campaign With Luncheon Next Month

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The United Way of West Alabama (UWWA) is set to host its annual campaign kickoff luncheon next month.

The luncheon will be held at the Bryant Conference Center from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 13, with lunch service beginning at 11:15 a.m.

The event will feature special guest appearances by Sounds of Joy and the bRock Jones Cover Band, along with inspiring stories from other special guests. The theme of the campaign kickoff is "Let's Rock & Roll!"

As Patch previously reported, Thornhill Capital Management partner and philanthropist Brock Jones has been selected as its 2024 UWWA campaign chair.
