The University of Alabama on Tuesday announced it will waive application fees Oct. 6-10 as part of its annual Free App Week.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The University of Alabama on Tuesday announced it will waive application fees Oct. 6-10 as part of its annual Free App Week.

UA hopes this will open the door for domestic and international students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

The offer also applies to UA Online and students applying to UA Early College.
University officials said the goal of Free App Week is to reduce financial barriers that may discourage prospective students from completing an application.

Applications for UA Early College, undergraduate programs and graduate admissions must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. local time on Oct. 10 to qualify.
Eligible graduate applicants may use a waiver code when applying.
