West Alabama Quarterback To Serve As Counselor For 2025 Manning Passing Academy

Spencer Arceneaux has been named a college quarterback counselor for the prestigious 2025 Manning Passing Academy.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The University of West Alabama announced on Tuesday that quarterback Spencer Arceneaux has been named a college quarterback counselor for the prestigious 2025 Manning Passing Academy.

The annual four-day clinic, hosted by the Manning family — Archie, Cooper, Peyton and Eli — will take place June 26–29 at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana.

The camp spotlights elite high school quarterbacks from around the country, with instruction led by top college and professional players.

"It's truly an honor to be selected as a counselor and able to represent UWA while I do it," Arceneaux said. "It's always been a dream of mine to be able to attend the camp as a counselor. This dream wouldn't have been possible without support from my coaches and teammates."

Arceneaux, a Mobile native who previously played at the University of Nebraska, heads into the camp following a stellar season for the Tigers in 2024.

During last year's campaign, Arceneaux won the starting role two games into the season, throwing for 1,729 yards and 16 touchdowns.

He also rushed for 313 yards and five touchdowns.

"I plan on representing UWA and Livingston to my best ability," he said. "Go Tigers!"
