Deputies found Jessika Lyn Andrews, 35, dead from apparent blunt force trauma after being assaulted.
"The victimβs children were home and reported that a man with whom the victim has a past dating relationship had been present earlier in the evening and left after an argument," Kennedy said. "The victimβs vehicle was also missing from the scene."

Kennedy went on to say that Andrews' vehicle was located a few hours later and the suspect β40-year-old Jarvos Jermaine Osborne β was located inside and taken into custody.
"After interviewing the witnesses, several family members, and processing the residence, vehicle, and suspect for physical evidence, the suspect was charged with Capital Murder and committed to the county jail with no bond," Kennedy said.
"As a result of prior domestic violence arrests, Osborne was currently under two active protective court orders to have no contact with this victim, and therefore was charged with Capital Murder in this case," Kennedy said.
