Vestavia Artists Displayed At State Superintendent's Art Exhibit

Vestavia Hills City Schools students created artwork which was submitted to the 2021 State Superintendent's Visual Arts Exhibit.

VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — Nearly two dozen artists from Vestavia Hills schools had work displayed at the 2021 State Superintendent's Visual Arts Exhibit.

Of the 20 works submitted, two pieces placed in the contest. VHHS senior Esther Lee received second place in the 11th-12th grade division for an untitled prismacolor piece, and senior Cecilia Kong received honorable mention in the 11th-12th grade division for an untitled piece created with graphite.
