Vestavia Hills City Council Looks To Fill School Board Vacancy

The Vestavia Hills City Council has begun to take applications for a 5-year appointment to the Vestavia Hills Board of Education.

VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — The Vestavia Hills City Council is accepting applications for a 5-year appointment to the Vestavia Hills Board of Education.

Interviews of applicants are scheduled to begin at 8 a.m., April 15, and will be scheduled as applications are submitted. Due to COVID-19 safety protocol, social distancing requirements will be observed and the interviews will be conducted in person and via Zoom.

Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m., Monday, April 12. Applications should be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk at 1032 Montgomery Highway, Vestavia Hills, AL 35216. Click here for the application.
