Cowork By RSD Reinvigorates The Alaskan Coworking Space With New Facility

The pandemic is changing the way companies look at office space. Coworking facilities are emerging as the popular choice for employees and employers who are navigating the adversity of the pandemic. RSD Properties, LLC, is stepping out as a front runner in the industry with the opening of a new Anchorage facility that reinvigorates office space and becomes a cornerstone of a new and trendy downtown neighborhood.

cowork by RSD provides opportunities for corporate, entrepreneurs, remote workers, freelancers and independent professionals with a highly flexible and authentic workspace. The facility provides a designated space to create purpose and meaning in their work in a professional, safe setting.

The collaborative environment reduces COVID-19 isolation while offering needed workspace that provides privacy and comfort. The cowork facility is four floors of upscale amenities, state-of-the-art technology, ergonomic furniture and features artwork created by renowned Alaskan artists. Memberships are easy to acquire and can be adjustable to accommodate each member’s needs.

cowork by RSD is built to include proper precautions to eliminate a vast majority of COVID-19 risks. The facility has an American ultraviolet germicidal air duct system to ensure air flow will never be recycled into the rooms and any air produced will be sanitized, killing 99% of bacteria, mold and viruses. This air handling system will reduce the risk of cold, flu, allergies and other illness associated with air flow in office buildings.

cowork by RSD is designed to be “A Community Working Together.” In addition to state-of-the-art workspaces, the facility will host community events, sponsor professional development opportunities and partner with existing local resources to build connections and support the broader community.

The grand opening is scheduled for 4-7 p.m. on Friday, October 1, 2021, at the RSD Building, located at 911 W. 8thAve., in Anchorage.
