This list gathers the best places across Arizona to dine in or order takeout for Easter to have a hoppy time with loved ones on Sunday.

ARIZONA — Hippity hopping down the bunny trail sure works up an appetite. Between the Easter egg hunts and the visits to the Easter bunny, by Sunday (that's Easter), everyone is ready for a nice meal and good company.

The following roundup of restaurants across the state — chains with lots of locations, specialty restaurants with one, and every kind in between — should make finding the perfect place to order takeout or to make reservations a piece of (carrot!) cake.

Boston Market: Heat-and-serve Easter meals can be ordered online for pickup Wednesday to Sunday. Entree options include whole spiral-sliced ham, whole boneless ham and half boneless ham. Meal packages serve either six or 12 and include such sides as mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole and macaroni and cheese, plus apple pie. Buca di Beppo: Two Easter weekend packages serve five and are available for pickup or delivery Friday to Sunday. Package 1 ($60) includes salad and pasta, plus Easter cannoli. Chart House: Two family-pack takeout options are available Easter Sunday for pickup 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The prime rib package ($125) and glazed salmon package ($85) both serve three to four and include a salad, two family sides and a molten chocolate cake for dessert. Cracker Barrel: Easter Heat n’ Serve meals are back with options for prime rib dinner (serves four to six, starting at $129.99) or sugar-cured spiral-sliced ham (for four to six, starting at $104.99, or for eight to 10, starting at $154.99). Meals include a choice of sides that include three-cheese squash casserole, carrots, hash browns, mashed potatoes and more and and come with rolls and peach cobbler. Eddie V's: Prix fixe three-course Easter brunch is planned from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. ($55 per adult/$16 per child). Details are here. The brunch starts with fresh cinnamon rolls and features a choice of lobster bisque, salmon, salad, steak and eggs, quiche Florentine and avocado with lump crab. The meal finishes with bananas Foster cake or fresh berries with cookies. A children's brunch menu is also available, and guests also have the option to order off the dinner menu all day. Fleming's Prime Steakhouse: A three-course Easter weekend special is planned Saturday and Sunday. Entree selections include filet with crab-stuffed shrimp scampi or filet with lobster tail scampi, plus salad and dessert, starting at $85. Mountain Shadows Resort Scottsdale: An Easter breakfast buffet option or brunch menu option are available. The breakfast buffet runs from 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and features omelets and eggs a la minute, egg casserole, a chef's selection of baked goods with accompaniments and sides of bacon and sausage. The buffet is $29 for adults and $18 for children (12 and under). Children under 6 years old are free. Brunch is served 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Adults are $89; kids 12 years old and under are $24 (6 and under are still free). The brunch menu features family-style antipasti to start, a choice of entrees that include braised beef short rib hash, crab Benedict and artichoke tortellini and a family-style dessert medley to close. Ocean Prime: It serves a special "Easter Made Elegant" brunch menu from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is open for dinner. The brunch menu starts with three cocktails choices and warm cinnamon bread with cream cheese icing as the appetizer to share. Entrees include brioche French toast, smoked salmon latkes, prime steak and eggs and lobster toast. The menu also includes sides such as candied bacon. One location in Phoenix. Westward Look: An Easter brunch with stations. Appetizers include citrus-poached shrimp and ricotta-stuffed ravioli. The menu lists two stations: charcuterie and terra cotta pot mini crudites and grains, as well as breads, greens, plated entrees (filet of beef, lamb chop, lobster cake Benedict and more) and sweets (cobbler, parfait and cheesecake). Brunch is 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with seatings only at 10 a.m., 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. Brunch begins at $78 for adults and $34 for children. Booking details here.

Denny's: Stretch a dollar for Easter and take advantage of a new "Endless Breakfast" special of buttermilk pancakes, cheesy scrambled eggs and hash browns, starting at $6.99 to $8.99. Seasons 52: Easter brunch will be served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the dining room with menu selections such as apricot-glazed spiral ham with sweet potato mash and maple-pecan streusel, crab and cheddar quiche, "Upright" French toast with bacon, and shrimp with grits. Or dine at home with "Easter Green Box to Go," featuring salmon or beef tenderloin, salad, two sides and "Mini Indulgence" desserts with the optional add-on of ham. STK Steakhouse: Reservations are underway for Easter brunch and dinner. A special brunch menu will include truffle steak and egg ($52), hot chicken and waffle ($27), lobster eggs Benedict and more. The dinner menu features Dungeness crab deviled eggs ($34), slow-roasted prime rib ($73) and Colorado lamb T-bones ($67). The Easter menu is available on Saturday and Sunday, and it includes takeout and delivery options. Book here for the only location in Scottsdale, which will remain open until midnight on Sunday.


The Capital Grille: The restaurant will serve Easter Sunday brunch 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with such chef specials as lobster frittata with butter-poached lobster tails, New York strip steak and eggs, filet mignon and white cheddar hash browns. Pita Jungle: Online ordering and pickup meal for four, including one entree (Norwegian salmon or sriracha chicken), three family-style sides, a salad and a dessert (mascarpone kataifi) for $89. EAT by Stacy Weber: Family-sized catered meals that are ready to serve. The meals feed four and offer gluten-free and dairy-free options. Appetizers, entrees, sides and desserts are available, and they can be combined in any order desired.
