• Keith Urban to headline Gilbert's Boots in the Park in 2026 (yourvalley.net) — Keith Urban is set to headline the traveling Boots in the Park festival when it returns to Gilbert Regional Park on March 21, 2026, with presale tickets opening Dec. 12. The event will bring multiple country artists, line dancing, local food vendors, and themed tastings, adding another large-scale entertainment draw to Gilbert after this year’s Smoke Show and Party in the Park events. 
• Gilbert downtown road project threatens Legion post (eastvalleytribune.com) — A proposed Ash Street realignment in Gilbert’s Heritage District could remove most nearby parking and event space that American Legion Post 39 relies on, threatening its ability to stay downtown.
