2 Dead After Plane Crash In Buckeye: Police
The Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board are investigating.

BUCKEYE, AZ — Two people died after a small plane crashed Saturday morning in Buckeye, according to police.
"Investigators continue their work identifying the victims and informing their families," police said.
The incident occurred just outside the Buckeye Municipal Airport, police said in a tweet about 8:15 a.m. Two people were on board, according to police, one of whom died at the scene. The second person was taken to receive emergency medical attention and died from their injuries later Saturday, police said in a follow-up tweet just before 1 p.m.

"My heart sank when I was flying over and I could see, you know, somebody on the ground," Josh Stanaland, who witnessed the scene while flying a paramotor in the area and called 911, said in an interview with ABC 15 Arizona.
The Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board are investigating. The safety board identified the plane as a Beech E35.
