Accused Shooter In 10-Year-Old's Death Arrested: Report
Police have arrested the man they accuse of shooting and killing a 10-year-old girl after an apparent road rage incident.
UPDATE — Reports say police have arrested Joshua Gonzalez, 20, in relation to the shooting death of 10-year-old Summer Bell Brown. FOX10 reported it soon after 8 a.m. Friday.
Investigators have found a gun they believe may be the one used in the deadly shooting in Gonzalez's garage, multiple reports say.
PHOENIX, AZ — A 10-year-old girl died after what is being reported as a possible road-rage shooting on April 3 in Phoenix, a report says. Police on Thursday released surveillance footage the suspect driving.

Summer Bell Brown and her family were in a car pulling into their driveway in the 3800 block of W. Moreland Avenue when somebody in a white pickup truck fired at the car, reports say. The video below shows the suspect in a white pickup.

Both the girl and her father were shot. Initially, both of them were declared to be in extremely critical condition, but a FOX10 report on Wednesday said she had died.
12News reported that the girl's mother and sister were also in the car.

"They were traveling westbound on Moreland and turned into their residence and that’s when the driver or someone from the pickup truck opened fire to the car," said Sgt. Vince Lewis of the Phoenix Police Department, according to the FOX report.
Anybody with information on the shooting is urged to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS, and Spanish speakers are asked to call Testigo Silencioso at 480-TESTIGO. There's a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest.
