3 Injured In Phoenix Shooting, Suspects At-Large: Police

Three men were injured in a shooting early Friday morning and the Phoenix police are asking for the public's help to find the suspects.

PHOENIX — Three men were shot early Friday morning, police said, and the suspects are still at-large.

The Phoenix Police Department said in a news release that officers were called to a business near 3400 South Central Avenue at 2 a.m. after receiving reports of a shooting. The three victims, two 26-year-olds and one 43-year-old man, were standing outside when people in a car shot at them and fled.

"The suspects fled the area and officers located the three victims with gun shot injuries," Sgt. Mercedes Fortune, spokesperson for the Phoenix police, said in a statement. "Two victims were transported with non-life threatening injuries and one victim with life threatening injuries."

There is currently no description of the suspects in the car. Anyone with information regarding the shooting has been asked to call the Phoenix Police Department or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
