3 TSA Agents Hurt In Attack At Phoenix Airport: Report

PHOENIX, AZ — Three Transportation Security Administration agents were hurt at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport early Tuesday morning after an “unprovoked and brazen physical attack" at a security checkpoint, the TSA said in a statement to NBC News.

A 19-year-old woman was arrested and booked in connection with the attack, which occurred just before 6 a.m. Tuesday, according to the outlet.

Two of the three agents were taken to a hospital and were later released, NBC News reported.
