80-Year-Old Phoenix Man Dead In Apparent Murder, Suspect Arrested
The suspect, Thomas Wallace is jailed and facing charges including second-degree murder and concealment of a body.

PHOENIX, AZ – Thomas Wallace, 58, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder after a man was found dead in a house on 4400 North 30th Avenue Tuesday, the Phoenix Police Department confirmed to Patch.
Police added that they were called after those who knew the victim had not seen or heard from him for a while.
According to a News12 report, neighbors identified the victim as 80-year-old Kenneth Peterson and spoke highly of him.

“He would always bring my kids fruits over that he had left over any type of stuff that he had,” neighbor Monica Moreno told the outlet. “Candy sometimes, because he said he was diabetic, so he would take that stuff to our house.”
Citing court records, News12 reported that officers found Peterson’s body inside two black trash bags in the house.
