Man Assaults Flight Attendant In Sky Train Station: Police
The man is accused of saying something to the flight attendant that prompted an investigation from the Phoenix PD's bias crimes unit.
PHOENIX, AZ — A man was arrested early Friday morning for assaulting a flight attendant in a Sky Harbor Airport Sky Train Station, according to police.
Brandon Smith, 32, was arrested on suspicion of assault for attacking a flight attendant who was leaving the airport around 2:15 a.m., police said.
The flight attendant suffered minor injuries from the attack, police said.

During the attack, Smith said something to the flight attendant that prompted an investigation from the Phoenix Police Department's bias crimes unit. Police did not share what Smith is accused of saying to the flight attendant.
The attack happened in the Terminal 4 Sky Train Station at 3800 Sky Harbor Boulevard, police said.
