Man Charged In May Killing Of Woman Found In Apartment

Andre Daniels, 30, was charged with first degree murder in connection with the death of Shavone Robinson, Phoenix police said.

PHOENIX, AZ —A 30-year-old man has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of Shavone Robinson on May 17, Phoenix police said.

Andre Daniels was arrested in Tempe on Thursday in connection with the stabbing, which occurred inside an apartment near 19th Avenue and Camelback Road, according to police.

Robinson was found inside the apartment along with her three children, who were uninjured in the incident, police said.

In addition to the murder count, Daniels was charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and child abuse, according to police.
