Man Was Run Over, Killed In Phoenix Friday, One Man Arrested: Police
The two men were involved in some sort of conflict about an hour before one of them was run over by a car and killed, police said.
PHOENIX, AZ — A man was killed Friday night in Phoenix when he was hit by a car and run over near the intersection of 12th Street and Northern Avenue, police said.
The man who was killed has not been publicly identified.
Paul Scott, 62, was arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the other man's death, according to police.

Scott is currently being held at the Maricopa County Jail on $1 million bail, according to jail records.
The victim was run over around 11:50 p.m. Friday, police said. Scott stayed near the scene and asked a bystander to call police, police said.
