How did you get into the insurance industry?
I fell into it after recovering from covid as I left a career as a surgical technologist

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
Interacting with clients and really diving deep into figuring out what they are looking for and how I can apply it to their needs. Establishing trust
What’s something you wish everyone knew about insurance?
That everyone's situation is different there are so many variables. Life insurance is more affordable than popular belief
What's something you wish everyone knew about working with a local agent?
It's a better experience and you can get personal along with a better expectation of what is happening. It's not just a voice over the phone or a computer screen of call center. I always make sure my clients know that I am available and will make time to speak with them.
What factors should someone consider when exploring their insurance options?
Age, driving record, previous coverages, vehicle and age of vehicle, home, products, I mean the list goes on. Biggest is to be open to changes and listen to the recommendations of the agent as we're trained and are licensed to help guide you.

What do you like most about the Phoenix area?
The diversity!! literally you can do just about anything here in AZ. just drive a couple of hours north and you're in the mountains or south and you're in Mexico at the beach.

There are too many to choose from. I cant pick just one.
What’s one hidden gem in the Phoenix area that everyone should know about?
