The incident was reported at a home on Augusta Avenue, near 7th Avenue and Northern Avenue.

PHOENIX, AZ – Two adults and three children were found dead inside a Phoenix home Wednesday morning during a hazardous materials situation which is being investigated as a homicide, according to Sgt. Melissa Soliz of the Phoenix Police Department Public Affairs Bureau.
Police responded to the home on Augusta Avenue, near 7th Avenue and Northern Avenue, just after 8 a.m., but didn’t go inside for several hours due to the presence of natural gas, Soliz said. Soliz added that the victims were found with "obvious signs of trauma."
Just before 12 p.m., Southwest Gas released a statement stating that no leaks were found from the meter on the property to the street and surrounding area, 3TV CBS 5 reported.
