PHOENIX — Police are asking the public for help after a newborn baby was found dead in Phoenix.
The baby was found dead around 5:45 a.m. Tuesday, near 33rd Avenue and Pierson Street in the city's Alhambra neighborhood, according to Silent Witness.
The organization is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information.
