Phoenix Police Still Trying To ID Young Woman Found Dead In April

The body of the 17 to 25-year-old was discovered near 9th Street and East Jones Avenue. Police have released a sketch of the woman.

PHOENIX, AZ —The Phoenix Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a woman who was found dead earlier this spring in the city.

Police said the woman was between 17 and 25 years old and had black her. She was discovered wearing sports pants, light tan wedge shoes and an unknown color t-shirt.

The body was found in the area of 9th Street and East Jones Avenue, according to police.

The PPD has released an artist's sketch of what the woman may have looked like in life.
