Phoenix Sex Offender Sought For Indecent Exposure: Police

Police say this man exposed himself to several victims in a Phoenix neighborhood, including children, and want your call if you've seen him.

PHOENIX, AZ — The Phoenix Police Department is asking the public's help in finding a man they accuse of exposing himself to multiple people in Phoenix.

Ronnie Rae Osirio, 31, exposed himself to adult and juvenile victims, police say, in the area of 1100 East Thomas Road and the surrounding area. Osirio is a registered sex offender, according to police.

Police say after working with several victims, they've identified Osirio "as the singular suspect," but have exhausted all leads.

Osirio is six feet tall, about 210 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. He may be driving a gray, four-door Nissan sedan.

Anybody who sees Osirio is asked to call police at Phoenix Police Crime Stop at (602) 262-6151, unless a crime is in progress, then call 911.
