Six New Tenants Coming To Phoenix's Desert Ridge Marketplace

The new tenants include a hot yoga studio, a subscription haircut salon for men and several restaurants.

PHOENIX, AZ — Six new tenants have plans to open soon in Phoenix's Desert Ridge Marketplace.

The new tenants include Radi8 Hot Yoga, Keep It Cut, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Sid's Garage, Fly Bye and Artichoke Basille's Pizza.

The new tenants in the outdoor shopping center at 21001 N. Tatum Boulevard will take up more than 15,000 square feet of space, according to a news release.

Radi8 Hot Yoga will be opening its second Arizona location at Desert Ridge Marketplace. The yoga studio combines traditional hot yoga static poses with a dynamic power flow.

Keep It Cut is a subscription-based men's hair salon meant to make life easier for its customers.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa will offer services like therapeutic massage, facials and hair removal.

Sid's Garage, a burger joint, has started construction on its marketplace location. Sid's Garage serves burgers, beer, shakes, cocktails and has adult games for customers to play.

Fly Bye serves square pan pizza, crispy chicken tenders, wings and more. Fly Bye plans to open this spring.

Artichoke Basille's Pizza plans to open its third valley location in the marketplace this summer.

Basille's is known for its massive pizzas that have been featured on shows like Jay Leno, and The Rachael Ray Show.

Desert Ridge Marketplace features more than 100 retailers and restaurants. It recently completed a $22 million renovation.
