PHOENIX — A 3-year-old boy was hospitalized in extremely critical condition after he was found not breathing at a Phoenix apartment complex, according to a report.

The Phoenix Fire Department was called around 11 a.m. Tuesday to the apartments near Fifth Street and Hatcher Road, KSAZ-TV reported.

Relatives reportedly gave the toddler CPR.
