Two Shot, One Killed At Phoenix Apartment Complex

PHOENIX, AZ — One young man was shot and killed and another was injured in a shooting at a west Phoenix apartment complex Wednesday night, according to Phoenix police.

Yenso Estrada, 20, was found shot around 8:30 p.m. at the apartment complex near the intersection of 83rd Avenue and Encanto Boulevard. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

While officers were on scene at the apartment complex, they received a report that another man who had been shot at the same apartment complex had arrived at a local hospital for treatment.

Police did not provide any additional information on the shootings.
