Wind Advisory Issued For Friday In Phoenix
Wind gusts of up to 45 mph could make for difficult driving conditions for high profile vehicles and cause low visibility in desert areas.

PHOENIX, AZ — The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for the entire Phoenix metro area Friday, in anticipation of sustained winds of 15-25 mph and gusts up to 45 mph.
The gusts will make for difficult driving conditions for high profile vehicles driving through crosswinds. Blowing dust and sand could also cause temporary visibility issues in desert areas, the weather service said.
Wind gusts could cause light, unsecured objects to be come airborne.

Temperatures across the Valley are expected to cool significantly on Friday, with an expected high of only 79 degrees, compared to Thursday's high of around 93. The overnight low on Friday was forecast at 55 degrees.
