Local adult learners shared traditional clothing and dishes while also learning about GED prep, English classes, and workforce training options that can help them find jobs or advance their careers in Queen Creek. 
• Mayor Wheatley Returns to Public Service After Family-Focused Hiatus (hoodline.com) — Queen Creek residents now have Mayor Wheatley back on the job after a family-focused leave that began in late August, with her return confirmed by the town’s communications office. She praised Vice Mayor Martineau and the Council for maintaining continuity and says the break has renewed her commitment to serving the community she has called home for nearly twenty years.
