Employees And Customers Brawl At Scottsdale Bath & Body Works
A viral video shows employees and customers at the store getting into a physical altercation with each other.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ — A brawl broke out between employees and customers at a Bath & Body Works in Scottsdale, Arizona, on Saturday in a confrontation that went viral when a video of it was shared on Twitter
The confrontation started when two women were waiting in line to check out at the store, and one of them cut in front of the other, according to the Scottsdale Police Department. An argument broke out, and it eventually turned into a physical fight that ended when store employees broke up the fracas, police said.
Genevieve Denslow, who recorded the fight and shared it on Twitter, disputed the department’s account of what happened when she told The Arizona Republic that it began when a woman stood too close to another woman who had a child with her at the store.

"I was shopping and heard all the arguing, so I went to that part of the store,” she told the paper. “The lady in black threw a bag at the African American lady, and then that's when all the pushing and hitting started.”
Scottsdale police have said there is no evidence to suggest the fight was racially motivated or related to COVID-19 safety protocols.

Denslow's video, which had 10.7 million views as of Monday afternoon, begins after the fight started and shows what appears to be a store employee striking a woman wearing a black and white dress. A second employee then tackles the woman to the ground as other workers soon gather around the two in an apparent attempt to break up the fight. (Note: Profanity can be heard in the video.)
Another woman wearing all black, the one accused of throwing a bag, appears and starts to strike a store employee.
The fight eventually ends when Bath & Body Works employees force the women to leave the store.
Another video shared online shows the confrontation before it turned physical, where the woman in all black throws a bag at another customer while the woman wearing black and white attempts to push her way pass an employee. (Note: Profanity can be heard in the video.)
So the Bath and Body Works fight happened at the Fashion Square Mall in Scottsdale, AZ. Allegedly, the backstory is that the Karen was not wearing a mask and harassed masked customers. She also called the N-word to the lady she was standing close to. This is another angle. pic.twitter.com/8At7tuOlTY

Scottsdale police officers issued assault and disorderly conduct citations against 25-year-old Briana Johnson and 45-year-old Johlyn O'Daniel. The two women were released at the scene.
The department declined to identify those in the video.
