• What's being built on Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. in north Scottsdale? (azcentral.com) — A new 12-acre senior living and health care community called Headwaters is rising at Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and 100th Street in north Scottsdale, next to Belmont Village Scottsdale. The project, approved by city leaders in 2024, will feature 172 units, duplexes, therapy services, outdoor fitness areas, and walking paths connecting to Aztec Park and nearby shops.

• Scottsdale Invests Millions in Roads: Here's What Changed (signalsaz.com) — Scottsdale has just wrapped up its expanded Fall 2025 paving season, pouring $18.5 million into smoother streets, alleys, and parking lots citywide, including $7 million focused on Old Town. Crews resurfaced more than 1.5 million square yards of pavement, carefully phasing work in Old Town to preserve access for businesses, visitors, and nearby neighborhoods.
