Here are the top three stories in Scottsdale today:

1. The Scottsdale Police Department is currently investigating a Sunday afternoon crash involving a United States Postal Service van. The incident occurred near Scottsdale and McDowell Road. The crash involved three vehicles. One driver died and another was hospitalized as a precaution. The USPS van driver did not need medical attention. (FOX 10 News Phoenix)

3. Scottsdale's Fate Brewing Company has announced the date of its first Sour & Sweet Beer Fest. The festival will be on Saturday, Aug. 13 in Old Town Scottsdale.
