  1. Junk in the Trunk Vintage Market is returning to Scottsdale from Sep. 16 through Sep. 18. The shopping experience is a semi-annual event with a reputation for bringing quality vendors to the area. The September market will fill a 120,000-square-foot space with more than 150 small businesses from around the country at Scottsdale's WestWorld. (AZ Big Media)

  3. Scottsdale leads the pack in luxury dwelling construction. According to a recent study, 86 percent of new builds classify as luxury dwellings with Scottsdale landing the 4th spot on a list of the top 20 High-End Apartment markets by StorageCafe. The first spot went to Gilbert and the second spot went to Chandler. 98.5 percent of Scottsdale's new housing since 2012 has been luxury. (East Valley Tribune)
