  1. The National Weather Service reports that Maricopa County's monsoon season is more active than average so far. Usually, the county experiences 0.94 inches of rainfall during July. This year, the county experienced about 1.12 inches last month. It is still too early to determine if the monsoon season is irregular. (The Arizona Republic)
  2. Scottsdale's Aidan Lin has been selected as one of Bank of America's student leaders in Phoenix. Lin is a student at Brophy College Preparatory. The bank chooses five students as student leaders for its summer virtual leadership summit. He will be working at the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Valley during his summer paid internship.   3. Phoenix-based Onsemi has leased new office space in Scottsdale for its corporate headquarters. The move is only 10 miles away from its previous location. The exact date of the move has not been determined but the company reports that it wants to complete the move as soon as possible. (The Business Journals)
