- A new brokerage firm has announced its entry into the Scottsdale market. Diversified Commercial Capital is strategically aligned with Scottsdale-based Diversified Partners. The brokerage firm has launched a full suite of commercial real estate mortgage services. (Daily Independent)

- A Scottsdale resident shared footage of a UPS delivery driver collapsing from extreme heat. The footage was captured through the resident's Ring doorbell while the driver was delivering a package. Resident Brian Enriquez notified the police department and UPS about the incident. The company's statement reported that the driver was fine and that the company's vehicles do not use air conditioning because of frequent stops. (NBC News)
