Here are the top three stories today in Scottsdale:

1. The Scottsdale Unified School District has adopted a 2022-2023 budget. The budget approval was given by the district's governing board on Tuesday. The district's elementary and middle school offices are set to reopen on Monday. (Daily Independent)
