  1. Scottsdale-based Troon golf company has acquired a company that enhances the caddie experience. The ClubUp company uses technology to schedule and communicate caddies with golfers. The service allows over 8,000 independent caddies to connect with golfers. The technology is already utilized in Arizona golf clubs. (The Business Journals)
  2. A new Pickleball showcase will launch next month in Scottsdale. Tuesday Night Pickleball will be broadcasted throughout the Valley from the new pickleball stadium at the Jigsaw Health campus. There will be six pickleball events this year. (Daily Independent)
  3. Monkeypox cases in Maricopa County are steadily increasing. There have been 24 confirmed Monkeypox cases as of Monday. 14 cases are still pending. Monkeypox spreads through direct contact with rashes, scabs, and bodily fluids. The virus can even be spread from a pregnant mother to a fetus. (KJZZ)
