Arizona real estate leaders create new local real estate powerhouse
Laura Lee Cahal, Heather MacLean and David Newcombe join forces to create a new powerhouse in Local Real Estate CMN&Associates
Scottsdale, AZ: On August 1, 2023, Cahal, MacLean and Newcombe, 3 of the original co-founders of Launch powered by COMPASS have joined together to create a new vision in Luxury Real Estate. In addition, they were selected as the exclusive group in Arizona to represent the Private Client Network at COMPASS- A nationwide collective of over 70 Luxury markets with the industry’s top real estate brokers with $8.4bn of sales in 2022.
For decades, Cahal, MacLean and Newcombe have individually dominated the marketplaces of Paradise Valley, Arcadia, North Scottsdale and the Luxury Condominium Market. By combining their individual strengths, resources and exclusive nationwide network; there is not another grouping of agents that can rival their the consistency of Luxury agents they can bring on a national level. Especially for those that wish to be part of the “quiet inventory”, who understandably require their transactions to stay as private as they are.
When asked why they decided to combine forces:

MacLean described CMN as a new opportunity for Arizona’s biggest property buyers and sellers.
