1. What's being built along Elliot Road in south Tempe? (azcentral.com) — A new 16-acre industrial park, Nexus Commerce Center, is rising at Elliot Road and Hardy Drive in south Tempe, bringing three large Class A buildings suited for manufacturing, R&D, and logistics. The former call center site was bought in 2023, and construction is underway with completion expected sometime in 2026, though tenants haven’t been announced yet.
