State Farm Looks To Hire 1,000 New Employees In Tempe

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with a hybrid schedule including time working from home and from an office.

TEMPE, AZ — State Farm is looking to hire 1,000 employees in Tempe.

After what it called a record year for growth, the insurance agency is looking to make a total of 3,000 hires across the country, including those at its Marina Heights office in Tempe, according to a news release from the company.

Most of the jobs are 80 percent work-from-home and with the other 20 percent of time spent in the office. Pay starts at $18 per hour.

Some of the job opportunities are in claims, customer service, sales and underwriting. There are part-time and full-time positions available and insurance experience isn't required.
