Tempe Marketplace Hosting Super Bowl Tailgate And Watch Party
Sunday's event will take place at the District Stage and feature video games, cocktails, a DJ and takeout specials from restaurants.

TEMPE, AZ —Next year's Super Bowl is in Arizona. But local football fans don't have to wait until 2023 to enjoy festivities surrounding the Big Game.
On Sunday, Tempe Marketplace, 2000 E. Rio Salado Pkwy., will be hosting a Game Day Tailgate and Watch Party for Super Bowl LVI, which will be shown on an outdoor LED screen. The event will take place at the District Stage near Dave & Buster's and H&M.
The game between the Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati Bengals kicks off at 4:30 p.m. MST, but the festivities at Tempe Marketplace will begin several hours earlier.

At noon, fans will have a chance to play the Madden NFL video game on the big screen. Registration for the video game tournament can be done online.
Beginning at 2 p.m. delicious cocktails will be served at the Dave & Buster's Popup bar, and service will continue throughout the game.

The event also will feature a live DJ from Power 98.3 and takeout specials from several other restaurants at the mall.
The game also will be shown at several other establishments at Tempe Marketplace, including: Bar Louie, Barrio Queen, Dave & Buster's, Kabuki, Red Robin, The Keg, Thirsty Lion and Twin Peaks.
